PassGoVIP
PassGoVIP is a portable system for producing custom-printed tickets, passes, wristbands, or access cards on the fly. The sky's the limit on variations you can print: VIP and General Admission tickets or bracelets, time-limited passes to rides or zones, restricted-to-zone passes for ski mountains, amusement parks, concert venues, sporting events, festivals, conventions and more. You only need an Android device, and we provide you with a customized App and Zebra printers, and you can start printing tickets, passes, bracelets, or cards at the gates and entrances of your events, zones, and venues.
Features
The PassGoVIP Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with integrated hardware fully customizes to meet your business needs and policies. The App runs on all modern Android tablets and smartphones, connecting with Zebra printers via bluetooth or USB. These printers use heat transfer and never run out of ink. An optional barcoding feature prevents ticket fraud. Through a web portal, your administrator can view pass quantities and types printed by your gatekeepers (users) within a venue, or across multiple venues that your business operates or occupies. Prices start at $200/month for unlimited use and unlimited users (excluding costs of printers and blank stock).
Access Control
Your Venues
Print a custom access pass or ticket for each attendee based on the level of access he or she purchased, or based on his or her qualifications. Optionally use bar codes or QR codes for scanning passes at checkpoints.
Application
For venues and events with restricted access areas and/or time limitations, PassGoVIP effectively tags all admitted persons with credentials, so staff can verify whether or not a person may access a restricted area and/or remain in a venue or zone beyond a certain time.
